Sessa C54 Sport Coupe
Sessa Marine is one of the most innovative of the Italian yacht builders, and this new addition to its range does not disappoint. This new 54-footer makes maximum use of on-board space to create comfortable and practical accommodations with a strong accent on outdoor living. This all comes in a very stylish package that reflects the best of modern Italian design.
The use of Volvo Penta's IPS drives combines with a wide beam to maximize usable interior space. This allows for a full-width master cabin amidships, a good VIP cabin in the bow and a compact two-bunk cabin in between. The guest cabins share a bathroom, while the master has its own en suite unit. Sessa also managed to squeeze in a crew cabin, but access requires occupants to tilt the barbecue cabinet in the cockpit and crawl backward down the access ladder.
In the salon is a compact lounge space aft with the TV and bar cabinet opposite. Forward from this is a raised dinette, which is served from the galley below in the cabin vestibule area. The helm station is laid out well, though there are numerous switches to manage and a row of analog dials at the top of the dash.
A power sunroof provides fair-weather ventilation, while sun worshipers can choose from pads on the foredeck and aft, along with an open dining table in the cockpit. An extending sunshade is available to provide protection over the cockpit, and a lifting swim platform facilitates tender launch and recovery.
With its beautiful sculptured hull form and its sharp profile, the C54 Sport Coupe not only looks the part of a modern motoryacht but also acts it. It comes with an extensive range of equipment, including a hydraulic swim platform and laundry facilities. The Sessa C54 performs perfectly, and it offers comfortable living at sea and in harbor, making it one of the most desirable motor cruisers in its class.
