The Eyes Have It
Eyes will get the protection they need from the sun's damaging rays when shielded by Oakley's polarized lenses. These lenses, which filter out 100 percent of UVA/UVB/UVC, promise 99 percent polarization efficiency and are available in a number of styles for both men and women. Pictured here are the feminine Immerse frames (above, top) along with the Plaintiff frames from the men's collection (above, bottom). The stylish Immerse are comfortable, stress-resistant and feature Polaric Ellipsoid lens geometry for optimized peripheral vision and coverage. The Plaintiff, on the other hand, are ultra-lightweight, feature a three-point fit system to hold lenses in precise optical alignment and are prescription-ready. Immerse, $180; Plaintiff, $200. oakley.com

Full Coverage
Fresh for this summer are Kaenon's Trade and Squeeze frames. The Squeeze frames (above, top) are geared toward women and the Trade (above, bottom) toward men, but both offer maximum eye coverage for the wearer. The Trade has wide, load-bearing temple tips for comfort and nonslip and Variflex nose pads to anchor them to even the saltiest face. The Squeeze, meanwhile, are uniquely colored and are, says Motor Boating Art Director Emilie Whitcomb, "lightweight and comfortable, especially due to the shorter temples. They also provide exceptional viewing." Both come equipped with patented SR-91 polarized lenses that are prescription-adaptable. Trade, $200; Squeeze, $230. kaenon.com

Goin' Coastal
Country star Kenny Chesney teamed up with the folks at Costa to design a limited-edition collection of sunglasses. Launched to coincide with his Goin' Coastal tour, the sale of frames like the Kenny Chesney Caballito (above, bottom) and Little Harbor (above, top) will benefit the Coastal Conservation Association ? $10 will be donated for every pair sold. I recently tested the Little Harbor frames while out on Lake Conway in Orlando, Florida, and I was pleased to find I could wear them easily all day and that they stayed right in place even while riding a PWC. Both Little Harbor and Caballito are fitted with Costa's famous 580 polarized lenses. Little Harbor, $170; Caballito, $150. costadelmar.com
